Aspire-Plus runs a carefully planned fresh graduates training program (SPARK) aimed at bridging the gap between the skills possessed by fresh graduates and those actually required in the job market. The program comprises selected topics such as Employable Skills – Personal Effectiveness, Career Development, CV writing, Interviewing Skills and Job Search Techniques, Effective Communication and Customer Service.

Training sessions of the program are designed such that participants have the opportunity to practice the qualities or skills being taught. Thus participants begin developing their skills during the training and further enhance them during coaching sessions. Group activities and individual presentations are a composite part of SPARK sessions and each training ends on a personal note with participants setting personal developmental targets based on the lessons learnt.

SPARK training sessions are very interactive and engaging, featuring individual presentations on serious international issues, group discussions and group presentations. The aim of SPARK is to imbed strong problem solving and creative thinking skills in participants to make them outstanding in the job market, valuable to employers and prominent in their various work places.

Spark training sessions are essentially positive hands on learning environment where participants put selected skills to play knowing that there is room for mistakes as well as expertise for constructive feedback.
