We have strengthened our foundation over the years and have effectively built our competencies to handle a myriad of assignments.
Aspire-Plus works with a team of highly qualified HR practitioners (associates) and a team of effective administrative staff to deliver on all client assignments.
The practice draws on experts and its Board of Advisors with specialised industry knowledge to ensure all assignments and projects are effectively designed to suit the specific requirements of the industry or sector.
This team is led by the company’s Chief Executive Officer and a founding member of the practice, Mrs Beatrice Bridget Ofei, a seasoned HR Practitioner and a Chartered Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, UK- FCIPD.
